The first codition to make this is to have Intrnet Explorer 7 or 8.
Next follow this steps:
1.Go to Town near the brown box from the Gift Shop;
2. Use zoom into 700%
3. You must see all withe...so, go a lil bit down to the nightclub's roof;
4. click between withe and roof and put zoob back to 100%;
5. Now you are on the roof!
